You could be the lucky winner of $100 CASH each and every time your lucky three-digit number is drawn in the evening Ohio Pick 3 Lottery.

The rules are simple:

• Pick any number between 000 and 999. 
• Fill out the form below and return it promptly with your check in the amount of $60.00, made payableto Cardinal Daily 100. 
• Your $60.00 donation will offer you over 350 chances to WIN!!
