Full-Time Finance and Human Resource Manager
The individual will be an instrumental part of the finance and human resource functions of the school, reporting to the VP of Finance and Human Resources.

Primary responsibilities will include:

• performing routine accounting functions including regular review of financial data and preparing monthly and annual reporting package,
• assisting VP of Finance in preparing and monitoring the school's annual budget in conjunction with management and board members,
• assisting VP of Finance in overseeing the financial aid process from answering questions, reviewing applications, awarding initial financial aid package, and meeting with families who are in need of additional assistance,
• completing the collections process for tuition, including ensuring families have payment plans, monitoring compliance with payment plans, and developing solutions for collections,
• assisting with Human Resources including reviewing payroll, assisting in paperwork for new or terminated employees, and answering questions from employees.

Successful candidates will have a Bachelor's in a business related field (preferably accounting), strong people skills, customer service focus, minimum of 2 years experience in a finance group or function, experience with monitoring and collecting receivables, strong Excel skills, high level of confidentiality, and clear FBI/BCI background check. Before and After School Program Aide

St. Kateri Catholic Academy is seeking a part-time Teacher Aide for 10 to 15 hours per week to work in our Extended Day Program to assist in the general supervision and management of students.  Successful candidates must have rapport with young students and ability to work constructively with them, understanding of Catholic school philosophy, goals, and objectives, successful experience a similar field, and clear FBI/BCI background check.  Interested candidates should send a resume and cover letter to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. School Bus Drivers:

We are looking for at least two individuals to serve as a School Bus Driver for immediate routes.  Our bussing program has been successful and we are running two daily routes to North and South Toledo. However, there is a shortage of qualified school bus drivers and we are in need of at least two part time drivers to drive for either a morning or an afternoon route for approximately two to four hours Monday through Friday. The School Bus Driver must be available Monday through Friday 6:30am to 8:30am or 2:30pm to 4:30pm.  We would be willing to pay for interested individuals to receive training to receive their CDL!! Host Families Needed:

Cardinal Stritch Catholic High School is seeking host families to house one of four male Chinese exchange students our school will welcome. Families will be paid a monthly stipend of $800 per month from August to May each year to cover incidental expenses. The school will cover the cost of tuition, uniforms, athletic fees, and medical insurance. Host families will be responsible for the safety and well being of the student while he/she is here from mid-August, 2012 until late May, 2013. Anyone over 18 in the household must pass BCI/FBI background checks and comply with the Protecting Youth requirements of the Diocese of Toledo.
